At Burnside Rugs, we understand there may be several reasons you no longer wish to keep your order. 

The customer understands and accepts that no refunds will be provided 

While we do not offer refunds, we do provide a 7-day exchange on all orders. 

The customer is responsible for returning and covering the cost of returning the product.

All products must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging they arrived in.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the products are returned with the adequate level of insurance.

You must inform us by email that you wish you to return your product prior to returning it to us.

If you wish to exchange your product, you will need to call us to make the necessary arrangements
